Day13: Shooting Scenery

Some office mates provided directions to the "nearest" cluster of farms. We were told to expect a covered bridge (on private property), some oil wells, and a horse farm. Expectations met on all fronts. An abundance of subjects - the opposite of our last outing at the airstrip. However, on the way back to the office - a bomber roared overhead. We stretched the lunch hour and returned to the strip hoping to get lucky. Oh, and it was hot out again.

it is hot still, when in the world will it cool down, in ft. worth probably not for another couple months.

You might try to negotiate an earlier lunch break :-)
